I have the right to decline any commission request for any reason, with or without the need to explain.

I retain the right to post the artwork on my portfolio, social media, and for self-promotion, unless the Client requests otherwise.

Communication will happen mainly via Discord and all important updates will be shared during the process.

Terms of Service and Prices are subject to change at anytime. You are only subject to the ToS and prices agreed upon at the time of the transaction.

Payments are made upfront via Paypal, GCash is also available for Filipino Clients.

Full payment is required before I start the commission. For commissions above $360, a 50% deposit option is available, with the remainder due upon completion.

Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise agreed.

No refunds after I have started the sketch phase. Full refunds are only possible if I haven't started your piece yet.

I will provide regular updates (sketch, line art, coloring stages) where Clients can request minor changes.

Major changes (such as complete pose redraws) are only allowed during the sketch stage. Additional fees will apply for major changes after that.

Turnaround time varies by project complexity, generally ranging from 2 to 6 weeks unless otherwise stated.

Rush deadlines can be discussed with an additional fee.

All commissions are for personal use unless commercial rights are purchased.

Personal use includes posting on social media, personal icons, wallpapers, or private printing — no selling, redistribution, or advertising allowed.

Some commissions (like Book Covers, Album Art, and Merchandise Designs) already include commercial rights.

Other commissions (e.g., Portraits, Character Illustrations, Fanart) are personal-use only unless a commercial license is requested by the Client.

I, the Artist, retain full copyright and ownership of all commissioned artwork, unless the Client purchases a full commercial license (exclusive transfer of rights).

Clients may not claim the artwork as their own or remove my signature/watermark without permission.

Clients may repost the commissioned artwork with proper credit to me.

NFTs and AI training usage of my artwork are strictly forbidden, unless previously agreed upon in writing.

Small revisions (color adjustments, small details) are free during the WIP stages.

Major revisions (pose change, outfit redesign, etc.) after the sketch is approved will incur an additional fee.

If I must cancel the commission due to personal reasons, a full refund will be issued.

If the Client cancels after work has begun, a partial refund may be given depending on how much progress was made.

No refunds will be issued once the artwork is completed.

Provide clear, detailed references and descriptions when ordering.

Be respectful and patient throughout the commission process.

Respond to communication within a reasonable timeframe to avoid delays.

Prices may change over time, but quotes given during active communication will be honored.

I reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Major changes will not affect ongoing commissions.
